Before placing a Product order via the Website each Affiliate must create an account after which a Log In ID and password will be created whereas In case of End-User, they can directly send their documents and proceed with the payment, once their order will be accepted they will be provided with their “Log In Credentials”. Before placing the very first order, the Affiliates must follow the account creation procedure and provide their completer information including postal details, email address or any other details and create a password. The Site takes no responsibility for the services that are rendered by third party vendors. The Company makes no warranty to their end users for the quality, safety, usability, or other aspect of a product or service that is supplied by a Merchant.

TAXES

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of services from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to CST, service tax, GST, etc.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

The parties to the contract are Palatial Studios ("the service provider") and you ("the purchaser"). The terms and conditions of this website constitute the terms and conditions of the contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and accept them.

Payment must be made at the time the products are ordered. When you place an order, you will be automatically redirected to the secure website of our payment gateways partners for completion of the payment. Palatial Studios does not keep a record of your credit card details.

Palatial Studios retains the right to accept or deny any offer made. This may be due to wrong information/details provided by the user or non-availability of the “Request Trademark”, or for any other reason that may affect our services. CANCELLATION POLICY

a). Cancellations by Palatial Studios

Palatial Studios has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on providing wrong information, misrepresentation while filing of Application, inaccuracies or errors in Application, deceptively similar / Identical Trademark, non-availability of Trademarks or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded as per our refund Policy.

b). Cancellations by You

In case of requests for order cancellations, Palatial Studios reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, it should be done prior to our acceptance of the order if you fail to do so no refund can be claim upon our acceptance to the same. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 15-20 working days.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Palatial Studios has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Palatial Studios and accept Palatial Studios decision regarding the cancellation.

FRAUDS

Palatial Studios reserves the right to recover the cost of services, collection charges and other expenses that may occur from persons for using the Site fraudulently. Palatial Studios reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

REDEEM VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Occasionally Palatial Studios offers promotions through e-mails, catalogues, and advertisements. As a user of Palatial Studios, you may be eligible from time to time to receive e-mail promotions and offers that include special codes for discounts, free shipping, or other promotions.

There are limited period vouchers and promotional codes which can be issued or cancelled by Palatial Studios as part of any campaign or scheme. The terms for these campaigns will be decided by Palatial Studios at the time of the campaign and these should be acceptable to you.

There may be a minimum purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Palatial Studios controls and operates this website from its Office at 1st floor, Bansal Towers, Libra Road, Ludhiana- 141002 (Punjab) These Terms of Use (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under or relating to the terms, contents, your use of the website, or products or services purchased using the website or with Palatial Studios shall solely and to the exclusion of all other courts be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated in Ludhiana only. By using the website, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Ludhiana courts with respect to any such dispute.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Any complaint or concern with regard to the Services, access, usage, content, comment or breach of the Terms of Use shall be addressed to the designated Grievance Officer of Palatial Studios. TERMINATION

Palatial Studios reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to Palatial Studios without any cause or notice. This may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with the User. In such an event, the Terms of Use shall come to an end. However, the Indemnification, Disclaimer, Governing Law/Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution and Privacy Policy shall survive such termination.

Disclaimer:

· Any end user (person/company) will contact any designer or architect or any vendor on our platform at their own risk.

· All the content posted or any information on our platform is provided by the registered members, so any kind of responsibility or copyright issue is to be borne by the member.

· No query will be entertained unless the order and payment have been made to “Palatial Studios”

· Palatial Studios can delete, replace, or add any data in the member profile at any given point.

· Palatial Studios can refer any designer, vendor, or product to the client (end-users), but the end decision and risk lie with the client only.

· Palatial Studio is not liable for any exchange referrals and shares the amount of the business closed through those referrals. Because the amount posted is not verified amount.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use constitutes the complete agreement and sets forth the entire understanding of you and the Palatial Studios as to the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, and all provisions not affected by such invalidity shall remain in full force and effect. The headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the meaning and interpretation of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the User agrees to have fully read and understood all the terms and conditions set out hereinabove.

Note: The Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 & Section 3-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require an electronic record to be authenticated with an electronic signature and also in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the user agreement for access-or-usage of the intermediary’s computer resource by any person.
